  • The British culture sectary Oliver Dowden says he is “very hopeful” the UK will meet its 21 June target for a full reopening of venues, theatres and clubs without social distancing, following encouraging results from the recent Event Research Programme (ERP) test events.   • The Sandbox, the decentralized gaming virtual world from Animoca Brands, announces partnership with Richie Hawtin and deadmau5. The partnership has been brokered by Pixelynx, a new gaming venture launched by the two artists as a “portal into the metaverse” and to help a diverse range of artists and brands develop digital collectables and virtual worlds.
