I was down in Australia last week doing Orchestra business and during my time in Sydney and Melbourne I got to hear a lot more about this guy. We actually played this track on my show a while ago, but I’ve now heard more of his music and really think we are going to be hearing a lot more about him in 2018. He’s got a live show under development, he’s very talented, classically trained in fact, and has a really unique sound; This week’s Essential New Tune comes from Byron Bay’s Willaris. K and his current single, Dour Nights.
This week's featured Essential New Tune was featured in last week’s Friday show on BBC Radio 1. Listen again and forward to 31:35 mins here.
