Pete Tong's Essential New Tune
Feiern
Sven Väth
Cocoon Recordings
out now
Comment
"This week's Essential New Tune comes from Sven Väth. I've been teasing this in previous weeks by playing the instrumental. Here's the full version with vocal. Known to many as Papa Sven, he had this to say about the last 12-18 months: "When you can not play music, make some". So he has gone into the studio and made an album, Catharsis. This track is out now on his own imprint, Cocoon Recordings, and is the first play of the vocal version."
This week's featured Essential New Tune was featured in last week’s Friday show on BBC Radio 1. Listen again and forward to here.
