It's a very special tune from DJ Carlita, as she teams up with Sofi Tukker on vocals. Carlita's had a brilliant couple of years, including her recent collaboration with MYD, Fabric Presents mix album and her own debut album Sentimental. I actually bumped into Carlita at the Monaco Grand Prix and saw her play this at a very swanky villa party. Which makes me think I should have borrowed that Louis Vuitton Monaco Grand Prix trophy and given it to her for this. This week's featured Essential New Tune was featured in last week’s Friday show on BBC Radio 1. Listen again and forward to 32.45 here.
