  • Stem, the distribution and payments platform for independent musicians and labels, has secured $10m in new financing and brought in several new investors, senior advisors and Board Members that include prominent music executives. (Variety)
  • Viagogo has taken advantage of an incremental loan to increase its cash liquidity as it weathers the coronavirus pandemic storm. The company announced a $330m loan due February 2027.   • MelodyVR has acquired Napster for $70m. Only $15m of that purchase price is cash, which it has already raised from investors.
