Pete Tong's Essential New Tune
Fires

"This week's ENT is going to a tune that I've been road testing for the past few weeks and been getting an incredible reaction. I played it on the radio last week and likened it to those old Funky Green Dogs tunes. It comes from Made by Pete, and it is called 'Fires'. He told me that 'Fires' is about learning to identify and defeat internal doubts and creative blocks. We love it, and we think this is going to play months and months into the summer."
This week's featured Essential New Tune was featured in last week’s Friday show on BBC Radio 1. Listen again and forward to 31.14 here.
