"The man behind this week's ENT is someone that we normally wouldn't play on this show, as the music he's known for is usually more suited to daytime Radio 1, where you would have heard his massive hits, 'Fast Car' and 'Perfect Strangers', to name a few. So this is a first for me, personally, for sure. We're talking about Jonas Blue, who has surprised and delighted us with a real change of direction, making his debut on DFTD, Defected's imprint. This record has been supported by the likes of Adam 10 and Blond:ish and the Keinemusik crew, I gotta say, for the first time, this week's ENT is 'Edge Of Desire' from Jonas Blue and Malive."
This week's featured Essential New Tune was featured in last week’s Friday show on BBC Radio 1. Listen again and forward to 37.33 here.
