"It's done the double. It was Sarah's Track ID on Future Dance if you're listening live earlier, and talk about a track ID. This genuinely must be the most in-demand ID in the club world right now, with support from a whole host of DJs, including Michael Bibi, Skream, Peggy Gou and so many more. The track first surfaced during the Australian festival season, with a load of clips going viral. Since then, it was picked up by Rossi, who has been rinsing the track around the globe of festivals and renowned club venues alike, and it's finally out via his homegrown label, in collaboration with Chaos. The man who made it is a highly respected producer DJ on the Melbourne club scene. He's spent most of his time honing his craft down there, and as far as I know, up until a couple of weeks ago, he still had a day job, but I'm sure he's going to be travelling around the world off the back of this. This week's ENT is 'Actin' Tough' from Dean Turnley."
This week's featured Essential New Tune was featured in last week’s Friday show on BBC Radio 1. Listen again and forward to 30.47 here
